Pricing
All prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery fees.
If VAT changes before dispatch and you haven’t paid yet, we’ll adjust the charge.
You’re billed at dispatch, and you own the item once full payment is made.
Late payments may incur interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.

Colours may differ due to screen settings or packaging updates.

We may update products to meet legal or technical standards — this won’t affect usage.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, usually same day.
  • Orders after 4 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed next working day.
  • Delivery options and VAT-inclusive prices are shown at checkout.
  • Expect delays during peak times (e.g. sales, holidays).

Delays & Cancellations
If delays occur beyond our control, we’ll inform you.
We don’t offer compensation, but if delays are excessive, you can cancel for a full refund.
If we can’t fulfil your order due to external issues, we’ll cancel and refund in full.

Return the item within 14 days at your cost (unless free returns were included).
Use tracked shipping and keep proof.
We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting.
Only standard shipping is refunded.
Refunds may be reduced for used, damaged, or incomplete returns.

Returns for Faulty Items

If confirmed, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
Refund or replacement is processed once the item is received.

Warranty
Items are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults (excluding misuse or accidental damage).
Eligible items may be repaired or replaced.
Statutory rights apply in addition.

Your Legal Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015):

  • 0–30 days: Full refund for faulty items
  • Up to 6 months: Refund if not repaired/replaced
  • Up to 6 years: Partial refund for early failure

Product Use
Products are for personal or home-office use only.
Improper use or modification may void warranties or return rights.

International Orders & Customs
If ordering from outside mainland UK:

  • You are responsible for local import taxes/duties
  • Customs processes vary and parcels may be inspected

Contract Termination
We may cancel your order if you don’t accept delivery within a reasonable time.
We may seek compensation for associated costs.

Our Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Unforeseeable losses
  • Delays or events beyond our control
  • Losses due to misuse or ignoring instructions
  • Losses from business/commercial use
    We remain liable for fraud, negligence, death, or personal injury caused by us.

Under 18s
We do not sell to minors. If under 18, use the site with a parent/guardian who enters the contract on your behalf.

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
